Stand Up Paddle Boarding

SUP is a daytime, outdoor water sports activity. Here you stand on a large, easy to balance board and use a paddle to move through the water. SUP offers a fun way to play on the water, with the added benefit of a full-body workout. Since you stand at full height on your board, you get a unique vantage point for viewing what’s down under the water as well as out on the horizon. While SUPing is  great for people of all body types and skill levels, you can challenge yourself further by attempting a yoga pose as you balance on the board!

Please carry: A towel for after the trip has been completed. Wear comfortable clothes, preferably dry fit along with sandals/shoes/booties (toppling in the water is common for beginners). A cap.  A little core strength as you play with balance and movement.
